Childhood bullies turn into adult bullies!

P.S. 12-17-11 - How funny you people are...since I posted (12-12-11) that I wasn't going to be posting to the site some have become obsessive about visiting. Some even 4 times a day now. I meant it folks. I'm not going to be making posts. I've got more important things to focus on like my health. If you have something to say write a comment. I doubt you will, because you haven't in the past. One way to tell future behavior is past behavior. It is rather obvious that you're either upset/obsessed, because of so many visits in one day though! Not my problem! Guess you'll have to find another obsession. Won't that be a change?

P.S.S. 1-24-12 - OK, since somebody asked. The "health" problems are:
COPD (I quit smoking January 1, 1989. I've also had home and work-related chemical exposures.), things related to the domestic abuse I've encountered over the years and Hurthle Cell (A rare form of thyroid cancer resulted in my having a partial thyroidectomy. The growth they removed was 2.28" wide x 1.73" high x 1.38" thick.). Hurthle Cell doesn't respond well to chemo.

I'm so glad I got a second opinion, because one doctor told me not to worry about the large growth on my thyroid. She told me, "It's just a fat pocket. Don't worry about it."

As a result of my thyroid being messed up I have also been diagnosed with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Those that know me know I've not had anything with alcohol in it, not even medicines or cooking ingredients, since 1988. I've had aunts and a grandparent die from complications of alcoholism. I NEVER wanted to go that route!

From Judge Sides With Family Of Boy Who Died From Child Abuse

DENVER (CBS4) – A federal judge has made a decision that could bring justice to the family of a 7-year-old boy more than 4 years after his death.

Chandler Grafner died from starvation in 2007, but until now his family wasn’t allowed to sue county agencies and their employees for negligence in a child abuse case. A judge has now decided two employees of one of the agencies no longer have immunity from legal action.

The attorney who represents Grafner, Kyle Bachus, says the motion is a major change for the case. He believes it could affect all children who end up in the care of human services in Colorado.

Grafner died of starvation while living with foster parents Jon Philips and Sarah Berry, who are both serving prison sentences. Police say Grafner was kept in a closet with feces and urine in the couple’s apartment. He weighed just 34 pounds.

“I know it’s too late to bring Chandler back … but maybe it’s now to help a bunch of other kids,” Grafner’s grandmother told CBS4.

Grafner’s biological parents and an appointed representative tried to sue Jefferson and Denver counties, as well as two employees, for failing to properly investigate reports of abuse in the home.

Last April a federal judge ruled Denver and Jefferson counties’ human services could not be sued. Those agencies are an arm of the state government and have immunity. But now the child’s attorney says a new ruling says the employees are denied immunity.

Margaret Booker and Mary Peagler are named in a civil lawsuit.

“It’s the start of justice for Chandler,” Bachus said.

Bachus says the motion sends a message to case workers statewide.

“You’ve got to take care of these children,” he said.

Bachus say the lawsuit alleges Booker and Peagler knew of multiple abuse reports involving the foster parents and failed to investigate. Both women are still employed at Denver Human Services.

“That’s not the case workers I would want overseeing my child’s care,” Bachus said.

The Denver city attorney representing the two case workers didn’t return calls from CBS4.

Denver Human Services said they can’t comment on open litigation and because it’s a confidential matter.

Deputy Ken Nelson's wife Shawna Nelson, is accused of shooting Heather Garraus in January. Garraus was the wife of Greeley police officer Ignacio Garraus, who has resigned from the department. Shawna was a 9-11 dispatcher and had had numerous affairs with Greeley Police Officers.

Yes, this is old news, but the story was aired on TV this past weekend.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Lisa Gesik hesitates to log into her Facebook account nowadays because of unwanted "friend" requests, not from long-ago classmates but from the ex-husband now in prison for kidnapping her and her daughter.

Neither Gesik nor prison officials can prove her ex-husband is sending her the messages, which feature photos of him wearing his prison blues and dark sunglasses, arms crossed as he poses in front of a prison gate. It doesn't matter if he's sending them or someone else is — the Newport, Ore., woman is afraid and, as the days tick down to his January release, is considering going into hiding with her 12-year-old daughter.

"It's just being victimized all over again," she said.

Across the U.S. and beyond, inmates are using social networks and the growing numbers of smartphones smuggled into prisons and jails to harass their victims or accusers and intimidate witnesses. California corrections officials who monitor social networking sites said they have found many instances in which inmates taunted victims or made unwanted sexual advances.

Like Gesik's case, it's often difficult for authorities to determine for sure who's sending the threatening material and the few people caught rarely face serious consequences.

"The ability to have these kinds of contacts is increasing exponentially. In many ways, the law has not caught up with these changing technologies," said Rob Bovett, an Oregon district attorney whose office prosecuted Gesik's ex-husband, Michael Gladney.

Timothy Heaphy, U.S. attorney for the Western District of Virginia, said criminals' use of social networks to reach witnesses has made his job harder.

"We deal every day with witnesses who are afraid of being identified," he said. "If there are increased instances where folks who are incarcerated can reach outside the walls of the jail, that's going to make it more difficult for us to get cooperation."

In a rare victory, Heaphy's office successfully prosecuted John Conner and Whitney Roberts after they set up a Facebook account that Conner used to intimidate witnesses preparing to testify against him on charges of burning two houses to punish a girlfriend and collect the insurance.

"How the hell can u b a gangsta when u snitchin and lien...," said a post from the pair that publicly exposed one witness who cooperated with law enforcement, according to federal court records.

The issue has emerged as cell phones have proliferated behind bars. In California, home to the nation's largest inmate population, the corrections department confiscated 12,625 phones in just 10 months this year. Six years ago, they found just 261. The number of phones confiscated by the federal Bureau of Prisons has doubled since 2008, to 3,684 last year.

Noting the increase, California legislators approved a law bringing up to six months in jail for corrections employees or visitors who smuggle mobile devices into state prisons, while inmates caught with the phones can now lose up to 180 days of early-release credit. But no additional time is added to their sentence, minimizing the deterrence factor.

In the old days, those behind bars would have to enlist a relative or friend to harass or intimidate to get around no-contact orders. Social networks now cut out the middle man.

In Gesik's case, Gladney used to harass her the old-fashioned way, sending letters and making phone calls through third parties. The Facebook harassment began in June.

Gesik, 44, got prison officials to contact Facebook to remove that account, only to have another message appearing to be from him in September. This time, there was a different spelling of his last name.

"I figure, if he's done all this from in prison, what's he's going to do when he gets out?" Gesik said.

A gap in state law meant that "no contact" orders like the one Gesik obtained against Gladney were deemed not to apply to anyone in custody, said Bovett, the prosecutor. "So they could do these very creative ways of reaching victims through third parties," he said.

Last June, Oregon legislators approved a law prohibiting inmates from contacting their domestic violence victims from behind bars.

In California, prison officials are working with Facebook to identify inmate accounts and take them down. But that only generally happens only after the damage is done.

Karen Carrisosa, who lives in a Sacramento suburb, was aghast when officials found Facebook postings from Corcoran State Prison inmate Fredrick Garner. Garner is serving a 22-year, involuntary manslaughter sentence for killing her husband, 50-year-old Larry Carrisosa, outside a church 11 years ago.

"My kids, they go on Facebook, I go on Facebook, and what if they decide to look us up?" Carrisosa said.

She was alerted by a Sacramento television station that Garner was posting messages to his mother and others. Garner was punished with a 30-day reduction in his early release credits for possessing a forbidden cell phone and has since been transferred to Salinas Valley State Prison.

Hector Garcia Jr. used a smuggled smart phone hidden in his cell at Kern Valley State Prison to rally support on Facebook for an inmate hunger strike this summer that sought improved living conditions for gang leaders housed in special secure cellblocks.

"Starving for my better future," he posted, according a July 1 screen grab from the corrections department. "Let's do this ... statewide..."

The discovery rattled Isabel Gutierrez. Garcia murdered one of her sons and wounded another in January 2005. Now Gutierrez fears her own social-networking left her vulnerable.

"I panicked," she said. "My photos are up of my family and my grandkids. I felt like they can see into my world."

Guards found Garcia's phone, punishing him with a 30-day cut in early-release credits and 30 days' loss of yard, TV and radio privileges.

Attorneys who represented Garcia and Gladney in their previous criminal trials did not return phone calls seeking comment on behalf of their former clients.

This 60 Minutes segment aired November 6, 2011. What a wonderful program for those suffering mental anguish from their war experiences. It's daily mental abuse inflicted by the war.

I have been mentally, physically and emotionally abused. Domestic violence is often compared to being a war zone, but at least I never had to run from bombs or bullets! I couldn't imagine what soldiers have to endure.

There are so many soldiers dying for our freedoms everyday! Thank you for fighting for us.

Judge William Adams

The Judge they're talking about is Texas Court Judge William Adams.

He abused his wife and child for years.

His excuse for having it doesn't cut it in my book. There is NO REASON to hit anyone like he did! It's abuse.

And yes, I have been at the receiving end of someone's fist and being put head first through a rot-iron door (it's why I now wear dentures), but that has nothing to do with my not accepting his excuse.

Abuse is abuse!

The judge and his now former wife should be investigated even if it's outside the Statute of Limitations. Mommy joined in on the beatings and there is a young child presently in her custody.

Go to YouTube and do a search for Judge William Adams and you'll find the video of him beating his cerebral-palsy-stricken daughter.

This is just one reason why certain Judges shouldn't be on the bench.

His judgement skills are OFF!

"The judge also said he has notified the state's Commission on Judicial Conduct, which investigates and prosecutes allegations of misconduct by judges in Texas."

I was recently diagnosed with Hurthle Cell Adenoma which is a rare form of thyroid cancer.

Hopefully my stalkers will find something more to do with their life vs. being so hateful and deceitful. Yes, I've made the connections, which are all quite interesting, but I've got more important things to do vs. paying attention to you people.

pssttt...I didn't know anything about these connections until just recently when someone told me.

How interesting about the Alcorns, Bostwicks and Rases! A couple of the Alcorn's friends, Char/Charlene and Jessica, are related to a lawyer. That lawyer referred me to a CPA! He also “represented” me when it came to my dad's estate and a business I had tried to start.

Such a small world! NOT!

It's really interesting how I got the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And how I got referred to the lawyer who referred me to the CPA! NOT!

And how I "lost" the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And no, I'm not taking Zumba classes with the Alcorns and Bostwicks!

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Allison, has a relative who lives .1 miles away from Linda who kept trying to set me up with Michael through a "Christian Dating Service." And Michael wrote to me "out of the blue" recently. He was requesting donations. It had been YEARS since we'd spoken. The lawyer who's related to their friends wrote to me about the same time. We hadn't spoken to each other in years too.

A man I'd worked with at a coffee company when I was in my 20's wrote to me at the same time. The last time we'd spoken was when he'd told me he'd take me "on vacation to a warm place in a couple of months." He vanished from my life and I didn't hear from him for years. When I did I told him to take me off his mailing list. I told him "That ship has sailed." I also requested he not reply to the email I'd sent, because I wouldn't reply to it. He ignored my request not to reply. I did ignore his reply though. Some people cannot honor others boundaries. It's a tell-tell sign of who someone is. By the way...he has connections with the Re/MAX office I used to work at. I learned that after he vanished from my life.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's relative, Desiree, has a relative named Stephen who lives .2 miles walking or backyard to backyard to a woman named Mary. Mary has a son named Corey who wrote a Christian book. He is also someone who Linda kept trying to set me up with as well. Corey would call me constantly to talk on the phone, but was “too busy to get together in person.” He also worked with someone I know.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Rhonda is related to a woman named Karen. I had never met Karen, but she called my house on 5/27/95. That call was made to an unlisted, unpublished number. Yes, Qwest trapped the call.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Sergio lives by a park. All he has to do it take a very short walk through the park to get to Catherine's house. Catherine was looking for me on Reunion.com on 11-29-05. I wrote her a few times asking her why she was looking for me. She refused to answer.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Terrie has a relative named Silfred. Silfred lives .1 miles from Dwayne and his wife Catherine. They could walk around the block and visit each other or they could just holler over their backyard fences. Well, Dwayne called my unlisted, unpublished phone number on 7-29-05.

How do these people keep getting my unlisted, unpublished phone number? I have a VERY GOOD IDEA how!

Linda, from the “Christian Dating Service,” lives .5 country miles from a man, Mike, who was a roommate of mine over 30 years ago. I had done some work for Linda and stayed the night at her and her husband's house a couple of times since it was so far away from my home.

The reason Mike and I were no longer roommates was because I had gone to see the man I had been dating. We had broken up but he, Kent, wanted to "get together to talk." I came back after Kent and I had our talk to find out Mike had tried to commit suicide.

Part of the reason was he was intimately interested in me. We had been intimate one time, but I was more interested in getting back together with Kent. Mike knew that. He also knew that I was pregnant with Kent's baby at the time. I miscarried that baby (I found out years later why I kept having miscarriages. I've had 4).

Linda tried to get me to buy her “Christian Dating Service” for $40,000.00. She kept on me to go out and get a loan in 2003. I told her there was no way I would do that without seeing her P&L (profit and loss) statements. She refused to give them to me. Finally she told me her profit in 2002 was $1,600.00. Right, like I'd even think of wanting to buy a company that only made $1,600.00 in a year. She kept calling and leaving me messages from 2003-2004. Yes, I record phone calls, because it's legal to do.

Burt denied knowing anyone who knew anyone who was touched by the shootings at Columbine. I don't know how any more direct or how touched one can get than Brad, Misty, Chris, Abby or Patrick got!

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Jamie, has lived next door, literally, to a woman named Pam since 2005. Pam and I worked in the same Re/MAX office from 1998-2000.

That former boyfriend tried to set me up for embezzlement. Thank goodness I kept copies of my bookkeeping work! It proved he lied. I was also alerted by someone to "make sure you get copies of the bookkeeping you've done for him." She kept telling me that until I showed her I had actually made copies. It's as if she knew ahead of time what he was planning to do.

The Alcorns and Bostwicks have ties to the same high school I went to. I even have copies of the receipts from the 2 reunions I was helping to organize so many years ago. It's always good to keep copies of receipts, especially when people make accusations against you. With the receipts you can prove they're lying. Some people think I'm stupid enough to keep those copies in my house!

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Jennifer has lived 469 feet away from a woman named Vicki since 2000. Vicki and I were BF's in junior high, hung around in high school and doubledated after high school. Vicki's sister was married to the brother of someone I dated in high school.

Another of the Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Cheryl, lives 381 feet away from the brother of the man who tried to set me up for embezzlement. I went to work with the Alcorns and Bostwicks in late 2004 and early 2005. I dated the man who tried to set me up for embezzlement from 1999 to 2003.

And oddly (NOT!) that same former boyfriend's best friend dated and lived with a very close relative of the Rases. Yes, the same family of Rases who is a friend with the Alcorn and Bostwicks.

And a relative of the Rases have a relative named Maria. She has relatives with the name of Victor and Barbara. Victor and Barbara have lived 472 feet away from James and Sue since 1994. James did some remodeling in a house my daughter and I lived in. That was in 1995.

And the former boyfriend's SIL is good friends with the wife of a politician. That politician's assistant kept trying to get me to apply for jobs with people she knew. The politician kept writing to me at the email address I had given his assistant. He was wanting political donations. I had not given him my email address, but his assistant gave it to him.

The Alcorns and Bostwicks have a friend named Jamie. Jamie's relative Daniel, has lived .2 miles from a couple with the name of Allyn and Debra since 2002. I went to a party at Allyn and Debra's house where I met Corey, the Christian book writer. Allyn and Debra have been good friends with the politician and his wife since at least 2000. Allyn and Debra are good friends with Linda, the woman who owns the “Christian Dating Service." Linda was the one who had gotten Allyn and Debra to volunteer to have a "Christian" party at their house.

And the world gets smaller....NOT!....The Alcorns and Bostwicks have another friend named Christie. She lives .1 miles from some friends, Tim and Sherry, of a man I dated over 30 years ago. No, not the one who tried to commit suicide.

The man I dated over 30 years ago lives .6 miles away from the Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Steffen. Steffen worked for Re/MAX International from 2001-2007. Steffen also owns a house in Lakewood, which is really close to some people I went to high school with, people I worked with, people I met at a “Parents Advocacy Group” and a former neighbor of mine. That former neighbor used to live 292 feet from a house I lived in with my daughter. My daughter and I used to go to their house. When that former neighbor told me they were moving (1995) she said, “We're moving back to Kentucky.” Well, she lied. Surprise, surprise (NOT!). People lie.

Tim and Sherry live .2 miles away from a woman named Rhonda. I met Rhonda by “accident” at a Bible Study Fellowship Class. Come to find out MANY years later, Rhonda was on the same bowling league of a woman named Linda. Linda was the mother of my former husband's 3rd wife. I was his 2nd wife. Linda worked at the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Stacee has lived .3 miles away from Timothy and Susan since 3-3-2000. I went to high school with Susan. Timothy is/was an Investigator with the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Stacie lived in the same apartment complex that an Arvada police officer named Dana lived in. Dana was the same police officer who was "investigating" an harassment complaint I had made against a couple named Tedman and Inessa. "Nothing" ever came from the calls Tedman and Inessa were making to my unlisted, unpublished phone. They'd called 2-11-05 ,2-12-05,3-9-05,3-12-05,7-30-07 and 7-15-07. I later found out that Tedman's relative, Mike is good friends with a woman named Patricia. Patricia and I used to be roomies when I was in my 20's. Actually there were 4 of us all living together, Patricia and her boyfriend, me and mine. Our then boyfriends are brothers. Patricia later married her then boyfriend.

And shall we talk about how I got hooked up with some landlords of mine? Well, it was through the same people who told me about the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks. And those people are friends with the man I dated over 30 years ago. Yes, he's friends with Tim and Sherry.

One of the landlords kept telling me year after year, "You should have stayed at the Re/MAX office." Right, let's just forget they demanded I sign a document stating I would never get paid for overtime. I later sued them and we settled out of court. What they did was illegal! The lawsuit is public record in Golden, CO.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Karen lives by 6 people I went to high school with. They're Mark, Daniel, Diana, Dorene, James, John and Steve. They all "ran" with the same crowd when we were in high school. Diana, James, Mark and I even went to elementary and junior high school together.

Karen and her husband have lived by these people since 4-3-01. Karen lives next door, literally, to Mark and his wife Robin. Karen lives .1 miles from Daniel and his wife Elizabeth.

I went out with Daniel once when I was in my 20's. He asked me if I wanted to go to a movie, basketball or hockey game. I told him a movie. So, we went to a bloody hocky game. He wrote me some hateful emails a couple of years ago about the way I would joke about my name and my Nationality (I'm Hispanic and so is he. I married a man with the last name of Bean). Well, Daniel didn't think it was funny. I do have copies of the emails he sent.

Karen lives .1 miles from James and his wife Dorene. I went out with James' brother, John, once when I was in my 30's. I had met the man I eventually married at about the same time.

Karen lives .3 miles from Diana and her husband Steve. Diana and Steve have a relative named Wilma. Actually Wilma died September 19, 2005. Wilma and Kathleen owned the house together from 4-27-89 to her death.

I had met Kathleen through the former boyfriend who tried to set me up for embezzlement. She had suddenly become our new best friend at one of those time-share seminars. She'd called my former boyfriend and he invited me to along with him.

Back on July 28, 1995 I was driving my car westbound on W. Alameda Avenue between Garrison and Kipling. I had my daughter in the car. She was 5 years old. We had just left the police department. Coming up fast behind me was a vehicle that was riding my bumper. I tapped on my brakes and he didn't back off. Then he tried to run us off the road.

He maneuvered around us and turned left at the next light and drove on down Kipling. We drove to an office building west of Kipling and I called the police. I gave them the license plate number.

I will say that I am VERY GRATEFUL that I had heeded the advice from someone about defensive driving! I'm sure my car would have been really messed up if I hadn't known what I was doing to get out of his way not to mention what injuries my daughter and I may have sustained.

I looked up who owned the vehicle, because back in those days I could if I had the license plate number. That information was public record.

I turned the information over to the police, but "nothing" came of it.

Well, the vehicle was owned by James. James lives 151 feet away from Kathleen and lived 151 feet away from Wilma. Diana works at a lawyers office and is a "Christian."

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Katie/Katherine has a relative named George. He and his wife Sherry have lived 315 feet away from a woman named Diane since 4-12-04. Diane's dad and my dad were friends from before my dad married my mother and before Diane's dad married her mom Elaine. Our families used to get together quite often while we were growing up. Her dad and step-mom were even at my wedding.

Another of the Alcorns and Bostwicks friend, Laura, lives .2 miles from Diane.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's other friend, Sonja lived 115 feet away from Diane's sister, Eady from 5-24-96 to 2-23-06.

Just found out one of my cousins is also good friends with someone I went to Alameda High School with. That certainly explains a LOT of things. They're both named Kathy. My cousin has always told others that I named my daughter after her. That's another thing she's been wrong about, but she refuses to change her story.

My daughter is named after the now deceased actress Katharine Hepburn and after the fictional lead character, Katie Scarlett O'Hara-Hamilton-Kennedy-Butler from “Gone With The Wind.” My daughter, Catherine's middle name is Marie after my mother.

It's a good possibility that Kathy is still upset with me for having told her mom, my aunt, "I guess I won't be coming over very often, because I won't support your habit."

I had told her that after she instructed me to "Never come to my house unless you have a 12-pack of tall boys."

How interesting about the Alcorns, Bostwicks and Rases! A couple of the Alcorn's friends, Char/Charlene and Jessica, are related to a lawyer. That lawyer referred me to a CPA! He also “represented” me when it came to my dad's estate and a business I had tried to start.

Such a small world! NOT!

It's really interesting how I got the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And how I got referred to the lawyer who referred me to the CPA! NOT!

And how I "lost" the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And no, I'm not taking Zumba classes with the Alcorns and Bostwicks!

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Allison, has a relative who lives .1 miles away from Linda who kept trying to set me up with Michael through a "Christian Dating Service." And Michael wrote to me "out of the blue" recently. He was requesting donations. It had been YEARS since we'd spoken. The lawyer who's related to their friends wrote to me about the same time. We hadn't spoken to each other in years too.

A man I'd worked with at a coffee company when I was in my 20's wrote to me at the same time. The last time we'd spoken was when he'd told me he'd take me "on vacation to a warm place in a couple of months." He vanished from my life and I didn't hear from him for years. When I did I told him to take me off his mailing list. I told him "That ship has sailed." I also requested he not reply to the email I'd sent, because I wouldn't reply to it. He ignored my request not to reply. I did ignore his reply though. Some people cannot honor others boundaries. It's a tell-tell sign of who someone is. By the way...he has connections with the Re/MAX office I used to work at. I learned that after he vanished from my life.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's relative, Desiree, has a relative named Stephen who lives .2 miles walking or backyard to backyard to a woman named Mary. Mary has a son named Corey who wrote a Christian book. He is also someone who Linda kept trying to set me up with as well. Corey would call me constantly to talk on the phone, but was “too busy to get together in person.” He also worked with someone I know.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Rhonda is related to a woman named Karen. I had never met Karen, but she called my house on 5/27/95. That call was made to an unlisted, unpublished number. Yes, Qwest trapped the call.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Sergio lives by a park. All he has to do it take a very short walk through the park to get to Catherine's house. Catherine was looking for me on Reunion.com on 11-29-05. I wrote her a few times asking her why she was looking for me. She refused to answer.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Terrie has a relative named Silfred. Silfred lives .1 miles from Dwayne and his wife Catherine. They could walk around the block and visit each other or they could just holler over their backyard fences. Well, Dwayne called my unlisted, unpublished phone number on 7-29-05.

How do these people keep getting my unlisted, unpublished phone number? I have a VERY GOOD IDEA how!

Linda, from the “Christian Dating Service,” lives .5 country miles from a man, Mike, who was a roommate of mine over 30 years ago. I had done some work for Linda and stayed the night at her and her husband's house a couple of times since it was so far away from my home.

The reason Mike and I were no longer roommates was because I had gone to see the man I had been dating. We had broken up but he, Kent, wanted to "get together to talk." I came back after Kent and I had our talk to find out Mike had tried to commit suicide.

Part of the reason was he was intimately interested in me. We had been intimate one time, but I was more interested in getting back together with Kent. Mike knew that. He also knew that I was pregnant with Kent's baby at the time. I miscarried that baby (I found out years later why I kept having miscarriages. I've had 4).

Linda tried to get me to buy her “Christian Dating Service” for $40,000.00. She kept on me to go out and get a loan in 2003. I told her there was no way I would do that without seeing her P&L (profit and loss) statements. She refused to give them to me. Finally she told me her profit in 2002 was $1,600.00. Right, like I'd even think of wanting to buy a company that only made $1,600.00 in a year. She kept calling and leaving me messages from 2003-2004. Yes, I record phone calls, because it's legal to do.

It appears someone was looking for me (under "Christine Bean" - the searcher's identity isn't anonymous. I just choose not to blurt it out here) and my dad (under PaulMoya) yesterday and they found THIS and THIS.

It's "Texas attorney general reinvestigating botched murder case" (under Christine Morton murder case," Lauren Bean, a spokeswoman for Texas Atty. Gen. Greg Abbott's office, told The Times on Monday) and Paul Moya Paul Moya's Facebook page (under PaulMoya).

Hey folks...its unlikely you're going to find me on the Internet, because of my past experiences of being harassed and stalked there. If you do find any postings about me it will pertain to things from the past otherwise you'll find me here and here only. I've found MANY ties amongst those who have contacted me online and those who have harassed me in the past (a VERY SMALL amount of those ties are listed below). That includes those who have written to me as recently as two days ago (hi to Sue and Chiara in Australia).

I've found that a person will keep getting what (harassed and stalked) they've gotten if they keep doing what they've been doing and thinking things will change. That's the definition of "stupid," but I've been dealing with those who harass and stalk, so it's unlikely they'll change.

I've changed my behavior.

As for sending me an email...I don't open unsolicited emails and I definitely don't open emails from people from my past...I've found some of those so called "friends" send viruses under the guise of "Hey! What have you been up to?" or some other probing comment listed as the subject of the email. Made me realize who my "friends" have been, or should I say not been?

How interesting about the Alcorns, Bostwicks and Rases! A couple of the Alcorn's friends, Char/Charlene and Jessica, are related to a lawyer. That lawyer referred me to a CPA! He also “represented” me when it came to my dad's estate and a business I had tried to start.

Such a small world! NOT!

It's really interesting how I got the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And how I got referred to the lawyer who referred me to the CPA! NOT!

And how I "lost" the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And no, I'm not taking Zumba classes with the Alcorns and Bostwicks!

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Allison, has a relative who lives .1 miles away from Linda who kept trying to set me up with Michael through a "Christian Dating Service." And Michael wrote to me "out of the blue" recently. He was requesting donations. It had been YEARS since we'd spoken. The lawyer who's related to their friends wrote to me about the same time. We hadn't spoken to each other in years too.

A man I'd worked with at a coffee company when I was in my 20's wrote to me at the same time. The last time we'd spoken was when he'd told me he'd take me "on vacation to a warm place in a couple of months." He vanished from my life and I didn't hear from him for years. When I did I told him to take me off his mailing list. I told him "That ship has sailed." I also requested he not reply to the email I'd sent, because I wouldn't reply to it. He ignored my request not to reply. I did ignore his reply though. Some people cannot honor others boundaries. It's a tell-tell sign of who someone is. By the way...he has connections with the Re/MAX office I used to work at. I learned that after he vanished from my life.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's relative, Desiree, has a relative named Stephen who lives .2 miles walking or backyard to backyard to a woman named Mary. Mary has a son named Corey who wrote a Christian book. He is also someone who Linda kept trying to set me up with as well. Corey would call me constantly to talk on the phone, but was “too busy to get together in person.” He also worked with someone I know.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Rhonda is related to a woman named Karen. I had never met Karen, but she called my house on 5/27/95. That call was made to an unlisted, unpublished number. Yes, Qwest trapped the call.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Sergio lives by a park. All he has to do it take a very short walk through the park to get to Catherine's house. Catherine was looking for me on Reunion.com on 11-29-05. I wrote her a few times asking her why she was looking for me. She refused to answer.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Terrie has a relative named Silfred. Silfred lives .1 miles from Dwayne and his wife Catherine. They could walk around the block and visit each other or they could just holler over their backyard fences. Well, Dwayne called my unlisted, unpublished phone number on 7-29-05.

How do these people keep getting my unlisted, unpublished phone number? I have a VERY GOOD IDEA how!

Linda, from the “Christian Dating Service,” lives .5 country miles from a man, Mike, who was a roommate of mine over 30 years ago. I had done some work for Linda and stayed the night at her and her husband's house a couple of times since it was so far away from my home.

The reason Mike and I were no longer roommates was because I had gone to see the man I had been dating. We had broken up but he, Kent, wanted to "get together to talk." I came back after Kent and I had our talk to find out Mike had tried to commit suicide.

Part of the reason was he was intimately interested in me. We had been intimate one time, but I was more interested in getting back together with Kent. Mike knew that. He also knew that I was pregnant with Kent's baby at the time. I miscarried that baby (I found out years later why I kept having miscarriages. I've had 4).

Linda tried to get me to buy her “Christian Dating Service” for $40,000.00. She kept on me to go out and get a loan in 2003. I told her there was no way I would do that without seeing her P&L (profit and loss) statements. She refused to give them to me. Finally she told me her profit in 2002 was $1,600.00. Right, like I'd even think of wanting to buy a company that only made $1,600.00 in a year. She kept calling and leaving me messages from 2003-2004. Yes, I record phone calls, because it's legal to do.

One of her “Christian” friends even called me late in 2004 to say, “we know this man who is looking for someone to date and a business partner.”

Getting back to the Alcorn and Bostwicks relative Desiree...Desiree lives .2 miles away, by walking around the block and down the street to a woman and her husband, Richard and Carolyn. Back in 1995 Qwest was able to trace MANY calls (call and hang ups) to Richard and Carolyn's home that were made to my home. They're documented in a police report too. Carolyn “suddenly” appeared in a court hearing (divorce related) I was at in 1996 and got to rant about denying she made any of those calls. Her calls had NOTHING to do with my divorce, but I do know now about those calls she supposedly didn't make and who notified her to be there.

Desiree's other relative, Aimee, lived .2 miles from Brad and his wife, Misty, for 2 years (5-21-96 to 3-5-98). Brad and I went out once in high school. Brad's relative Patrick was roomies with a a man named Derek. Derek's relative, Burt, worked with me at a Re/MAX office. Burt denied knowing anyone who knew anyone who was touched by the shootings at Columbine. I don't know how any more direct or how touched one can get than Brad, Misty, Chris, Abby or Patrick got!

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Jamie, has lived next door, literally, to a woman named Pam since 2005. Pam and I worked in the same Re/MAX office from 1998-2000.

Another one of the Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Amy, lives .2 miles from a Jeffco Sheriff who was dispatched to my home about a former boyfriend of mine. That former boyfriend tried to set me up for embezzlement. Thank goodness I kept copies of my bookkeeping work! It proved he lied. I was also alerted by someone to "make sure you get copies of the bookkeeping you've done for him." She kept telling me that until I showed her I had actually made copies. It's as if she knew ahead of time what he was planning to do.

The Alcorns and Bostwicks have ties to the same high school I went to. I even have copies of the receipts from the 2 reunions I was helping to organize so many years ago. It's always good to keep copies of receipts, especially when people make accusations against you. With the receipts you can prove they're lying. Some people think I'm stupid enough to keep those copies in my house!

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Jennifer has lived 469 feet away from a woman named Vicki since 2000. Vicki and I were BF's in junior high, hung around in high school and doubledated after high school. Vicki's sister was married to the brother of someone I dated in high school.

Another of the Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Cheryl, lives 381 feet away from the brother of the man who tried to set me up for embezzlement. I went to work with the Alcorns and Bostwicks in late 2004 and early 2005. I dated the man who tried to set me up for embezzlement from 1999 to 2003.

And oddly (NOT!) that same former boyfriend's best friend dated and lived with a very close relative of the Rases. Yes, the same family of Rases who is a friend with the Alcorn and Bostwicks.

And a relative of the Rases have a relative named Maria. She has relatives with the name of Victor and Barbara. Victor and Barbara have lived 472 feet away from James and Sue since 1994. James did some remodeling in a house my daughter and I lived in. That was in 1995.

And the former boyfriend's SIL is good friends with the wife of a politician. That politician's assistant kept trying to get me to apply for jobs with people she knew. The politician kept writing to me at the email address I had given his assistant. He was wanting political donations. I had not given him my email address, but his assistant gave it to him.

The Alcorns and Bostwicks have a friend named Jamie. Jamie's relative Daniel, has lived .2 miles from a couple with the name of Allyn and Debra since 2002. I went to a party at Allyn and Debra's house where I met Corey, the Christian book writer. Allyn and Debra have been good friends with the politician and his wife since at least 2000. Allyn and Debra are good friends with Linda, the woman who owns the “Christian Dating Service." Linda was the one who had gotten Allyn and Debra to volunteer to have a "Christian" party at their house.

And the world gets smaller....NOT!....The Alcorns and Bostwicks have another friend named Christie. She lives .1 miles from some friends, Tim and Sherry, of a man I dated over 30 years ago. No, not the one who tried to commit suicide.

The man I dated over 30 years ago lives .6 miles away from the Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Steffen. Steffen worked for Re/MAX International from 2001-2007. Steffen also owns a house in Lakewood, which is really close to some people I went to high school with, people I worked with, people I met at a “Parents Advocacy Group” and a former neighbor of mine. That former neighbor used to live 292 feet from a house I lived in with my daughter. My daughter and I used to go to their house. When that former neighbor told me they were moving (1995) she said, “We're moving back to Kentucky.” Well, she lied. Surprise, surprise (NOT!). People lie.

Tim and Sherry live .2 miles away from a woman named Rhonda. I met Rhonda by “accident” at a Bible Study Fellowship Class. Come to find out MANY years later, Rhonda was on the same bowling league of a woman named Linda. Linda was the mother of my former husband's 3rd wife. I was his 2nd wife. Linda worked at the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Stacee has lived .3 miles away from Timothy and Susan since 3-3-2000. I went to high school with Susan. Timothy is/was an Investigator with the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Stacie lived in the same apartment complex that an Arvada police officer named Dana lived in. Dana was the same police officer who was "investigating" an harassment complaint I had made against a couple named Tedman and Inessa. "Nothing" ever came from the calls Tedman and Inessa were making to my unlisted, unpublished phone. They'd called 2-11-05 ,2-12-05,3-9-05,3-12-05,7-30-07 and 7-15-07. I later found out that Tedman's relative, Mike is good friends with a woman named Patricia. Patricia and I used to be roomies when I was in my 20's. Actually there were 4 of us all living together, Patricia and her boyfriend, me and mine. Our then boyfriends are brothers. Patricia later married her then boyfriend.

And shall we talk about how I got hooked up with some landlords of mine? Well, it was through the same people who told me about the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks. And those people are friends with the man I dated over 30 years ago. Yes, he's friends with Tim and Sherry.

One of the landlords kept telling me year after year, "You should have stayed at the Re/MAX office." Right, let's just forget they demanded I sign a document stating I would never get paid for overtime. I later sued them and we settled out of court. What they did was illegal! The lawsuit is public record in Golden, CO.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Karen lives by 6 people I went to high school with. They're Mark, Daniel, Diana, Dorene, James, John and Steve. They all "ran" with the same crowd when we were in high school. Diana, James, Mark and I even went to elementary and junior high school together.

Karen and her husband have lived by these people since 4-3-01. Karen lives next door, literally, to Mark and his wife Robin. Karen lives .1 miles from Daniel and his wife Elizabeth.

I went out with Daniel once when I was in my 20's. He asked me if I wanted to go to a movie, basketball or hockey game. I told him a movie. So, we went to a bloody hocky game. He wrote me some hateful emails a couple of years ago about the way I would joke about my name and my Nationality (I'm Hispanic and so is he. I married a man with the last name of Bean). Well, Daniel didn't think it was funny. I do have copies of the emails he sent.

Karen lives .1 miles from James and his wife Dorene. I went out with James' brother, John, once when I was in my 30's. I had met the man I eventually married at about the same time.

Karen lives .3 miles from Diana and her husband Steve. Diana and Steve have a relative named Wilma. Actually Wilma died September 19, 2005. Wilma and Kathleen owned the house together from 4-27-89 to her death.

I had met Kathleen through the former boyfriend who tried to set me up for embezzlement. She had suddenly become our new best friend at one of those time-share seminars. She'd called my former boyfriend and he invited me to along with him.

Back on July 28, 1995 I was driving my car westbound on W. Alameda Avenue between Garrison and Kipling. I had my daughter in the car. She was 5 years old. We had just left the police department. Coming up fast behind me was a vehicle that was riding my bumper. I tapped on my brakes and he didn't back off. Then he tried to run us off the road.

He maneuvered around us and turned left at the next light and drove on down Kipling. We drove to an office building west of Kipling and I called the police. I gave them the license plate number.

I will say that I am VERY GRATEFUL that I had heeded the advice from someone about defensive driving! I'm sure my car would have been really messed up if I hadn't known what I was doing to get out of his way not to mention what injuries my daughter and I may have sustained.

I looked up who owned the vehicle, because back in those days I could if I had the license plate number. That information was public record.

I turned the information over to the police, but "nothing" came of it.

Well, the vehicle was owned by James. James lives 151 feet away from Kathleen and lived 151 feet away from Wilma. Diana works at a lawyers office and is a "Christian."

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Katie/Katherine has a relative named George. He and his wife Sherry have lived 310 feet away from a woman named Diane since 4-12-04. Diane's dad and my dad were friends from before my dad married my mother and before Diane's dad married her mom Elaine. Our families used to get together quite often while we were growing up. Her dad and step-mom were even at my wedding.

Another of the Alcorns and Bostwicks friend, Laura, lives .2 miles from Diane.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's other friend, Sonja lived 115 feet away from Diane's sister, Eady from 5-24-96 to 2-23-06.

Just found out one of my cousins is also good friends with someone I went to Alameda High School with. That certainly explains a LOT of things. They're both named Kathy. My cousin has always told others that I named my daughter after her. That's another thing she's been wrong about, but she refuses to change her story.

And oddly (NOT!) that same former boyfriend's best friend dated and lived with a very close relative of the Rases. Yes, the same family of Rases who is a friend with the Alcorn and Bostwicks.

And a relative of the Rases have a relative named Maria. She has relatives with the name of Victor and Barbara. Victor and Barbara have lived 472 feet away from James and Sue since 1994. James did some remodeling in a house my daughter and I lived in. That was in 1995.

And the former boyfriend's SIL is good friends with the wife of a politician. That politician's assistant kept trying to get me to apply for jobs with people she knew. The politician kept writing to me at the email address I had given his assistant. He was wanting political donations. I had not given him my email address, but his assistant gave it to him.

The Alcorns and Bostwicks have a friend named Jamie. Jamie's relative Daniel, has lived .2 miles from a couple with the name of Allyn and Debra since 2002. I went to a party at Allyn and Debra's house where I met Corey, the Christian book writer. Allyn and Debra have been good friends with the politician and his wife since at least 2000. Allyn and Debra are good friends with Linda, the woman who owns the “Christian Dating Service." Linda was the one who had gotten Allyn and Debra to volunteer to have a "Christian" party at their house.

And the world gets smaller....NOT!....The Alcorns and Bostwicks have another friend named Christie. She lives .1 miles from some friends, Tim and Sherry, of a man I dated over 30 years ago. No, not the one who tried to commit suicide.

Steffen also owns a house in Lakewood, which is really close to some people I went to high school with, people I worked with, people I met at a “Parents Advocacy Group” and a former neighbor of mine. That former neighbor used to live 292 feet from a house I lived in with my daughter. My daughter and I used to go to their house. When that former neighbor told me they were moving (1995) she said, “We're moving back to Kentucky.” Well, she lied. Surprise, surprise (NOT!). People lie.

Tim and Sherry live .2 miles away from a woman named Rhonda. I met Rhonda by “accident” at a Bible Study Fellowship Class. Come to find out MANY years later, Rhonda was on the same bowling league of a woman named Linda. Linda was the mother of my former husband's 3rd wife. I was his 2nd wife. Linda worked at the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Stacee has lived .3 miles away from Timothy and Susan since 3-3-2000. I went to high school with Susan. Timothy is/was an Investigator with the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Stacie lived in the same apartment complex that an Arvada police officer named Dana lived in. Dana was the same police officer who was "investigating" an harassment complaint I had made against a couple named Tedman and Inessa. "Nothing" ever came from the calls Tedman and Inessa were making to my unlisted, unpublished phone. They'd called 2-11-05 ,2-12-05,3-9-05,3-12-05,7-30-07 and 7-15-07. I later found out that Tedman's relative, Mike is good friends with a woman named Patricia. Patricia and I used to be roomies when I was in my 20's. Actually there were 4 of us all living together, Patricia and her boyfriend, me and mine. Our then boyfriends are brothers. Patricia later married her then boyfriend.

And shall we talk about how I got hooked up with some landlords of mine? Well, it was through the same people who told me about the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks. And those people are friends with the man I dated over 30 years ago. Yes, he's friends with Tim and Sherry.

One of the landlords kept telling me year after year, "You should have stayed at the Re/MAX office." Right, let's just forget they demanded I sign a document stating I would never get paid for overtime. I later sued them and we settled out of court. What they did was illegal! The lawsuit is public record in Golden, CO.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Karen lives by 6 people I went to high school with. They're Mark, Daniel, Diana, Dorene, James, John and Steve. They all "ran" with the same crowd when we were in high school. Diana, James, Mark and I even went to elementary and junior high school together.

Karen and her husband have lived by these people since 4-3-01. Karen lives next door, literally, to Mark and his wife Robin. Karen lives .1 miles from Daniel and his wife Elizabeth.

I went out with Daniel once when I was in my 20's. He asked me if I wanted to go to a movie, basketball or hockey game. I told him a movie. So, we went to a bloody hocky game. He wrote me some hateful emails a couple of years ago about the way I would joke about my name and my Nationality (I'm Hispanic and so is he. I married a man with the last name of Bean). Well, Daniel didn't think it was funny. I do have copies of the emails he sent.

Karen lives .1 miles from James and his wife Dorene. I went out with James' brother, John, once when I was in my 30's. I had met the man I eventually married at about the same time.

Back on July 28, 1995 I was driving my car westbound on W. Alameda Avenue between Garrison and Kipling. I had my daughter in the car. She was 5 years old. We had just left the police department. Coming up fast behind me was a vehicle that was riding my bumper. I tapped on my brakes and he didn't back off. Then he tried to run us off the road.

He maneuvered around us and turned left at the next light and drove on down Kipling. We drove to an office building west of Kipling and I called the police. I gave them the license plate number.

I will say that I am VERY GRATEFUL that I had heeded the advice from someone about defensive driving! I'm sure my car would have been really messed up if I hadn't known what I was doing to get out of his way not to mention what injuries my daughter and I may have sustained.

I looked up who owned the vehicle, because back in those days I could if I had the license plate number. That information was public record.

I turned the information over to the police, but "nothing" came of it.

Well, the vehicle was owned by James. James lives 151 feet away from Kathleen and lived 151 feet away from Wilma. Diana works at a lawyers office and is a "Christian."

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Katie/Katherine has a relative named George. He and his wife Sherry have lived 315 feet away from a woman named Diane since 4-12-04. Diane's dad and my dad were friends from before my dad married my mother and before Diane's dad married her mom Elaine. Our families used to get together quite often while we were growing up. Her dad and step-mom were even at my wedding.

Another of the Alcorns and Bostwicks friend, Laura, lives .2 miles from Diane.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's other friend, Sonja lived 115 feet away from Diane's sister, Eady from 5-24-96 to 2-23-06.

Just found out one of my cousins is also good friends with someone I went to Alameda High School with. That certainly explains a LOT of things. They're both named Kathy. My cousin has always told others that I named my daughter after her. That's another thing she's been wrong about, but she refuses to change her story.

My daughter is named after the now deceased actress Katharine Hepburn and after the fictional lead character, Katie Scarlett O'Hara-Hamilton-Kennedy-Butler from “Gone With The Wind.” My daughter, Catherine's middle name is Marie after my mother.

Violence begets violence.

I had recently met a woman in the apartment complex I live in that used to be a "Biker Chick." She is now a Jehovah Witness. She definitely has some ingrained anger issues that made it a perfect fit for her to be in a biker group. Really sad!

IMO...those within the Hell's Angels group have a tight sense of family within their group. I guess they weren't getting that sense of family with their family of origin. They use lots of intimidation and threats of violence to get their members to adhere to their beliefs. I believe that those who are Jehovah Witnesses get that same sense of family within their religious group. It's much like a Hell's Angel group. I also believe those who are Jehovah Witnesses are in a cult, because of how they treat their members. They use threats of shunning if their members don't adhere to their beliefs. They also monopolize their members time...aka mind control.

The Jehovah Witness I had met...I will say, "STAY AWAY," especially after I did a background check on her. They can turn into stalkers if you don't put your foot down that you don't want to be bothered. Within their bylaws they're not to contact a person if you tell them not too, but some have no respect for other's boundaries.

How interesting about the Alcorns, Bostwicks and Rases! A couple of the Alcorn's friends, Char/Charlene and Jessica, are related to a lawyer. That lawyer referred me to a CPA! He also “represented” me when it came to my dad's estate and a business I had tried to start.

Such a small world! NOT!

It's really interesting how I got the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And how I got referred to the lawyer who referred me to the CPA! NOT!

And how I "lost" the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

And no, I'm not taking Zumba classes with the Alcorns and Bostwicks!

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Allison, has a relative who lives .1 miles away from Linda who kept trying to set me up with Michael through a "Christian Dating Service." And Michael wrote to me "out of the blue" recently. He was requesting donations. It had been YEARS since we'd spoken. The lawyer who's related to their friends wrote to me about the same time. We hadn't spoken to each other in years too.

A man I'd worked with at a coffee company when I was in my 20's wrote to me at the same time. The last time we'd spoken was when he'd told me he'd take me "on vacation to a warm place in a couple of months." He vanished from my life and I didn't hear from him for years. When I did I told him to take me off his mailing list. I told him "That ship has sailed." I also requested he not reply to the email I'd sent, because I wouldn't reply to it. He ignored my request not to reply. I did ignore his reply though. Some people cannot honor others boundaries. It's a tell-tell sign of who someone is. By the way...he has connections with the Re/MAX office I used to work at. I learned that after he vanished from my life.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's relative, Desiree, has a relative named Stephen who lives .2 miles walking or backyard to backyard to a woman named Mary. Mary has a son named Corey who wrote a Christian book. He is also someone who Linda kept trying to set me up with as well. Corey would call me constantly to talk on the phone, but was “too busy to get together in person.” He also worked with someone I know.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend, Rhonda is related to a woman named Karen. I had never met Karen, but she called my house on 5/27/95. That call was made to an unlisted, unpublished number. Yes, Qwest trapped the call.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Sergio lives by a park. All he has to do it take a very short walk through the park to get to Catherine's house. Catherine was looking for me on Reunion.com on 11-29-05. I wrote her a few times asking her why she was looking for me. She refused to answer.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Terrie has a relative named Silfred. Silfred lives .1 miles from Dwayne and his wife Catherine. They could walk around the block and visit each other or they could just holler over their backyard fences. Well, Dwayne called my unlisted, unpublished phone number on 7-29-05.

How do these people keep getting my unlisted, unpublished phone number? I have a VERY GOOD IDEA how!

Linda, from the “Christian Dating Service,” lives .5 country miles from a man, Mike, who was a roommate of mine over 30 years ago. I had done some work for Linda and stayed the night at her and her husband's house a couple of times since it was so far away from my home.

The reason Mike and I were no longer roommates was because I had gone to see the man I had been dating. We had broken up but he, Kent, wanted to "get together to talk." I came back after Kent and I had our talk to find out Mike had tried to commit suicide.

Part of the reason was he was intimately interested in me. We had been intimate one time, but I was more interested in getting back together with Kent. Mike knew that. He also knew that I was pregnant with Kent's baby at the time. I miscarried that baby (I found out years later why I kept having miscarriages. I've had 4).

Linda tried to get me to buy her “Christian Dating Service” for $40,000.00. She kept on me to go out and get a loan in 2003. I told her there was no way I would do that without seeing her P&L (profit and loss) statements. She refused to give them to me. Finally she told me her profit in 2002 was $1,600.00. Right, like I'd even think of wanting to buy a company that only made $1,600.00 in a year. She kept calling and leaving me messages from 2003-2004. Yes, I record phone calls, because it's legal to do.

One of her “Christian” friends even called me late in 2004 to say, “we know this man who is looking for someone to date and a business partner.”

Getting back to the Alcorn and Bostwicks relative Desiree...Desiree lives .2 miles away, by walking around the block and down the street to a woman and her husband, Richard and Carolyn. Back in 1995 Qwest was able to trace MANY calls (call and hang ups) to Richard and Carolyn's home that were made to my home. They're documented in a police report too. Carolyn “suddenly” appeared in a court hearing (divorce related) I was at in 1996 and got to rant about denying she made any of those calls. Her calls had NOTHING to do with my divorce, but I do know now about those calls she supposedly didn't make and who notified her to be there.

Desiree's other relative, Aimee, lived .2 miles from Brad and his wife, Misty, for 2 years (5-21-96 to 3-5-98). Brad and I went out once in high school. Brad's relative Patrick was roomies with a a man named Derek. Derek's relative, Burt, worked with me at a Re/MAX office. Burt denied knowing anyone who knew anyone who was touched by the shootings at Columbine. I don't know how any more direct or how touched one can get than Brad, Misty, Chris, Abby or Patrick got!

Linda, from the “Christian Dating Service,” lives .5 country miles from a man, Mike, who was a roommate of mine over 30 years ago. I had done some work for Linda and stayed the night at her and her husband's house a couple of times since it was so far away from my home.

The reason Mike and I were no longer roommates was because I had gone to see the man I had been dating. We had broken up but he, Kent, wanted to "get together to talk." I came back after Kent and I had our talk to find out Mike had tried to commit suicide.

Part of the reason was he was intimately interested in me. We had been intimate one time, but I was more interested in getting back together with Kent. Mike knew that. He also knew that I was pregnant with Kent's baby at the time. I miscarried that baby (I found out years later why I kept having miscarriages. I've had 4).

Linda tried to get me to buy her “Christian Dating Service” for $40,000.00. She kept on me to go out and get a loan in 2003. I told her there was no way I would do that without seeing her P&L (profit and loss) statements. She refused to give them to me. Finally she told me her profit in 2002 was $1,600.00. Right, like I'd even think of wanting to buy a company that only made $1,600.00 in a year. She kept calling and leaving me messages from 2003-2004. Yes, I record phone calls, because it's legal to do.

One of her “Christian” friends even called me late in 2004 to say, “we know this man who is looking for someone to date and a business partner.”

Getting back to the Alcorn and Bostwicks relative Desiree...Desiree lives .2 miles away, by walking around the block and down the street to a woman and her husband, Richard and Carolyn. Back in 1995 Qwest was able to trace MANY calls (call and hang ups) to Richard and Carolyn's home that were made to my home. They're documented in a police report too. Carolyn “suddenly” appeared in a court hearing (divorce related) I was at in 1996 and got to rant about denying she made any of those calls. Her calls had NOTHING to do with my divorce, but I do know now about those calls she supposedly didn't make and who notified her to be there.

Desiree's other relative, Aimee, lived .2 miles from Brad and his wife, Misty, for 2 years (5-21-96 to 3-5-98). Brad and I went out once in high school. Brad's relative Patrick was roomies with a a man named Derek. Derek's relative, Burt, worked with me at a Re/MAX office. Burt denied knowing anyone who knew anyone who was touched by the shootings at Columbine. I don't know how any more direct or how touched one can get than Brad, Misty, Chris, Abby or Patrick got!

That former boyfriend tried to set me up for embezzlement. Thank goodness I kept copies of my bookkeeping work! It proved he lied. I was also alerted by someone to "make sure you get copies of the bookkeeping you've done for him." She kept telling me that until I showed her I had actually made copies. It's as if she knew ahead of time what he was planning to do.

The Alcorns and Bostwicks have ties to the same high school I went to. I even have copies of the receipts from the 2 reunions I was helping to organize so many years ago. It's always good to keep copies of receipts, especially when people make accusations against you. With the receipts you can prove they're lying. Some people think I'm stupid enough to keep those copies in my house!

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Jennifer has lived 469 feet away from a woman named Vicki since 2000. Vicki and I were BF's in junior high, hung around in high school and doubledated after high school. Vicki's sister was married to the brother of someone I dated in high school.

And the former boyfriend's SIL is good friends with the wife of a politician. That politician's assistant kept trying to get me to apply for jobs with people she knew. The politician kept writing to me at the email address I had given his assistant. He was wanting political donations. I had not given him my email address, but his assistant gave it to him.

Tim and Sherry live .2 miles away from a woman named Rhonda. I met Rhonda by “accident” at a Bible Study Fellowship Class. Come to find out MANY years later, Rhonda was on the same bowling league of a woman named Linda. Linda was the mother of my former husband's 3rd wife. I was his 2nd wife. Linda worked at the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's friend Stacee has lived .3 miles away from Timothy and Susan since 3-3-2000. I went to high school with Susan. Timothy is/was an Investigator with the Lakewood Police Department.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Stacie lived in the same apartment complex that an Arvada police officer named Dana lived in. Dana was the same police officer who was "investigating" an harassment complaint I had made against a couple named Tedman and Inessa. "Nothing" ever came from the calls Tedman and Inessa were making to my unlisted, unpublished phone. They'd called 2-11-05 ,2-12-05,3-9-05,3-12-05,7-30-07 and 7-15-07. I later found out that Tedman's relative, Mike is good friends with a woman named Patricia. Patricia and I used to be roomies when I was in my 20's. Actually there were 4 of us all living together, Patricia and her boyfriend, me and mine. Our then boyfriends are brothers. Patricia later married her then boyfriend.

And shall we talk about how I got hooked up with some landlords of mine? Well, it was through the same people who told me about the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks. And those people are friends with the man I dated over 30 years ago. Yes, he's friends with Tim and Sherry.

Right, let's just forget they demanded I sign a document stating I would never get paid for overtime. I later sued them and we settled out of court. What they did was illegal! The lawsuit is public record in Golden, CO.

The Alcorn's and Bostwick's friend Karen lives by 6 people I went to high school with. They're Mark, Daniel, Diana, Dorene, James, John and Steve. They all "ran" with the same crowd when we were in high school. Diana, James, Mark and I even went to elementary and junior high school together.

Karen and her husband have lived by these people since 4-3-01. Karen lives next door, literally, to Mark and his wife Robin. Karen lives .1 miles from Daniel and his wife Elizabeth.

I went out with Daniel once when I was in my 20's. He asked me if I wanted to go to a movie, basketball or hockey game. I told him a movie. So, we went to a bloody hocky game. He wrote me some hateful emails a couple of years ago about the way I would joke about my name and my Nationality (I'm Hispanic and so is he. I married a man with the last name of Bean). Well, Daniel didn't think it was funny. I do have copies of the emails he sent.

Karen lives .1 miles from James and his wife Dorene. I went out with James' brother, John, once when I was in my 30's. I had met the man I eventually married at about the same time.

Karen lives .3 miles from Diana and her husband Steve. Diana and Steve have a relative named Wilma. Actually Wilma died September 19, 2005. Wilma and Kathleen owned the house together from 4-27-89 to her death.

Coming up fast behind me was a vehicle that was riding my bumper. I tapped on my brakes and he didn't back off. Then he tried to run us off the road.

He maneuvered around us and turned left at the next light and drove on down Kipling. We drove to an office building west of Kipling and I called the police. I gave them the license plate number.

I will say that I am VERY GRATEFUL that I had heeded the advice from someone about defensive driving! I'm sure my car would have been really messed up if I hadn't known what I was doing to get out of his way not to mention what injuries my daughter and I may have sustained.

I looked up who owned the vehicle, because back in those days I could if I had the license plate number. That information was public record.

I turned the information over to the police, but "nothing" came of it.

Well, the vehicle was owned by James. James lives 151 feet away from Kathleen and lived 151 feet away from Wilma. Diana works at a lawyers office and is a "Christian."

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Katie/Katherine has a relative named George. He and his wife Sherry have lived 315 feet away from a woman named Diane since 4-12-04. Diane's dad and my dad were friends from before my dad married my mother and before Diane's dad married her mom Elaine. Our families used to get together quite often while we were growing up. Her dad and step-mom was even at my wedding.

Just found out one of my cousins is also good friends with someone I went to Alameda High School with. That certainly explains a LOT of things. They're both named Kathy. My cousin has always told others that I named my daughter after her. That's another thing she's been wrong about, but she refuses to change her story.

How interesting about the Alcorns, Bostwicks and Rases! A couple of the Alcorn's friends, Char/Charlene and Jessica, are related to a lawyer. That lawyer referred me to a CPA! He also “represented” me when it came to my dad's estate and a business I had tried to start.

Such a small world! NOT!

It's really interesting how I got the job with the Alcorns and Bostwicks! NOT!

The Alcorns and Bostwicks friend Katie/Katherine has a relative named George. He and his wife Sherry have lived 315 feet away from a woman named Diane since 4-12-04. Diane's dad and my dad were friends from before my dad married my mother and before Diane's dad married her mom Elaine. Our families used to get together quite often while we were growing up. Her dad and step-mom was even at my wedding.

Another of the Alcorns and Bostwicks friend, Laura, lives .2 miles from Diane.

The Alcorns and Bostwick's other friend, Sonja lived 115 feet away from Diane's sister, Eady from 5-24-96 to 2-23-06.

Just found out one of my cousins is also good friends with someone I went to Alameda High School with. That certainly explains a LOT of things. They're both named Kathy. My cousin has always told others that I named my daughter after her. That's another thing she's been wrong about, but she refuses to change her story.

My daughter is named after the now deceased actress Katharine Hepburn and after the fictional lead character, Katie Scarlett O'Hara-Hamilton-Kennedy-Butler from “Gone With The Wind.” My daughter, Catherine's middle name is Marie after my mother.

Somehow I doubt it!

These things might be a "coincidence" if a person lived in a small town, but the Denver Metro area population is 2.8 MILLION!

Well, it appears others are curious about what I've been doing, because some have asked and they keep visiting the site (How is CA, HI, NJ, NY, MO, OK, WA, UK and Honduras?).

A couple of months ago a doctor gave me some meds that almost killed me, literally!

She had blood drawn so she could run various tests. I kept calling her office to see if the test results were in. I kept getting told, "Not yet."

Then the same doctor brushed off something that should have been given her IMMEDIATE attention that I had pointed out to her. She stated, "It just looks like a fat pocket."

Does this look like a "fat pocket?"

It got to the point I could barely get out of bed as a result of the meds she gave me. I had literally crawled to the bathroom!

I called the doctor's office, because I was experiencing side effects that the sheet the pharmacist had given me said, "Call your doctor immediately if you're experiencing any of these side effects." I was told it would take 4 weeks to get seen by the doctor. I waited 2 days and called her office again. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get in.

I decided I couldn't wait!

I went to the E.R. and found out NONE of the tests she said she would run had been done. The E.R. doctor was REALLY concerned with what she had given me. Some of the side effects of the meds she had given me are heart attack, stroke or death. So, the E.R. doctor ran the tests she said she would, got me hooked up with another doctor who looked at my "fat pocket" and got me in for an ultrasound that very same day.

As a result a surgeon did a biopsy that came back "inconclusive" and called for surgery (partial thyroidectomy - now we know the reason for the weight gain! The growth he removed was HUGE so a pathologist could take a closer look at what the first doctor should have looked at from the get go.

Nope, it's not a "fat pocket."

Yes, it looks like someone slit my throat, but it will heal and it certainly beats ignoring it as it continued to get bigger!

I am grateful that some of the other tests turned out "unremarkable" and I will NEVER step foot in the office of the first doctor again unless it's to inform her of what she failed to do...amongst other things!

How do you say, "Incompetent doctor?" Not the first time I've run across one of those!

So, I've been having fun (NOT!) with all those other tests a person cannot study for (teehee), feeling like a pin cushion and I've not had this many ultrasounds since I was pregnant!!!

Always check, "5 Things Your Doctor Looks for in a Doctor." Check out the doctor you may go to. Had I done that in the first place I would have found out that the school the first doctor went to doesn't have a high rating! I would have to say she didn't get a good education, then again maybe she got what she paid for.

As for the man who kept making fun of me and my weight gain...I can only pray that nobody does to you what you did to me. I would have to say that you're cruel AND insecure within yourself that you have to belittle people to feel good about yourself.
